DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS 💰

$25 deposit is non-refundable.

The remainder of your total must be paid in cash or via debit/credit (13% hst will be charged) at the end of your appointment.

RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS 🗓️

If you would like to reschedule your appointment pls do so no less than 24hrs prior to scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in a loss of deposit and require a new deposit for a new booking.

If you would like to cancel your appointment pls do so no less than 24hrs prior to scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in a loss of deposit and a cancellation fee of $15 added to your next booking.

LATE FEE ⏰

If you are going to be late please let me know. There is a 15min grace period. Any amount of time beyond that will incur a charge of $15. Beyond 20mins your appointment will be cancelled.

REFILLS & REMOVALS 💅🏽

Refills on foreign work are not offered. Pls come with bare nails or add removal service to appointment.
